Zachariah Obadiah Harris⁴ (Ancil M.³, Zach², Isaac¹) was born May 14, 1841 in Fayette County, Illinois, and died September 25, 1875 near Bingham, Fayette County, Illinois. He married Jershua Jane Lipsey, daughter of William Lipsey and Mary Francis, on December 31, 1851 in Shelby County, Illinois. Jershua was born in Indiana, in 1856; she was age 14 in 1850 when she was recorded with her parents, William and Mary Lipsey, in the Shelby County, Illinois census. Her sister, Lydia Angelet Lipsey, married William Ancil Harris, a brother of Zachariah Obadiah Harris. Jershua did not live long, and they did not have any children. After her death, Zachariah married Disa Adeline (Stokes) Cole, daughter of Frederick Stokes, and widow of James Melmon Cole, on November 11, 1854, in Fayette County, Illinois. She had a daughter by her previous husband, Ruth Elizabeth Cole, born February 10,1847 in Fayette County, Illinois. Disa died October 25, 1895 at age 65 years 11 months and 9 days in Montgomery County, Illinois. Zachariah and Disa were buried in their family cemetery. A correspondent described this cemetery in Montgomery County where they were buried. She said, "A Harris Cemetery is about 3/4 of a mile east of Sandy Bend School. It is north of a house which is on the north side of the road, after the turn in the road. A branch of Hurricane Creek runs on the west side of the cemetery. It is unkempt, and nothing much is there any more. I could make out Z. O. Harris's stone because I had the data. Also his son Albert is buried there."

America Caroline Harris⁵ (Zach. O.⁴, Ancil M.³, Zach², Isaac¹) was born September 14, 1855 in Fayette County, Illinois, and died February 2, 1890 in Montgomery County, Illinois. She married William W. Seaton, son of Levi R. Seaton and Susan C. Hays, on August 17, 1876 in Montgomery County, Illinois. He was born in Tennessee in about 1854; he was six years of age when the Fayette County, Illinois 1860 census was taken in Hurricane Township. They were still living in Hurricane Township when the censuses were taken in 1870 and 1880.

She married Morgan Wilson Craig, son of John Henderson Craig and Nancy F. Price, on October 20, 1878 in Montgomery County, Illinois. He was born July 2, 1854 in Fayette County, Illinois, and died July 20, 1926 in Fillmore, Montgomery County, Illinois. He was buried in Glendale Cemetery, Montgomery County, Illinois.

She was born March 30, 1864 in Fillmore Township, Montgomery County, Illinois, and died August 16 1952.
