Alfred R. Hicks3 (Cath. Harris3, Wooten2, Isaac1) was born December 3, 1822, in Maury County, Tennessee. He married Elizabeth Davis September 19, 1840, in Fayette County, Illinois. She was born in about 1823 in Tennessee. She died on November 4, 1884 at age 61 years. He died on October 26, 1868. They both died in Fayette County, Illinois, and both were buried in Little Hickory Cemetery there. |

Jasper Marion Hicks4 (Alfred R.4, Cath. Harris3, Wooten2, Isaac1) was born March 26, 1846, in Fayette County, Illinois, and died April 7, 1916, in Fordyce, Dallas County, Arkansas. He married Sarah Caroline Herrin, daughter of Mr. Herrin and Priscilla "Drucilla" A. (Morris) Herrin, on April 19, 1866, in Fayette County, Illinois. Sarah was born December 11, 1851, in Tennessee, and died October 20, 1911, in Fordyce, Dallas County, Arkansas. |

Conner. She was born June 20, 1874 in Ramsey, Fayette County, Illinois, and died March 28, 1911 in Hurricane Township, Fayette County, Illinois; they were buried in Shad Cemetery, Ramsey Township, Fayette County, Illinois; they were living in Hurricane Township, Fayette County, Illinois when the censuses were taken in 1900 and 1910 |

George Thomas Hicks4 (Alfred R.4, Cath. Harris3, Wooten2, Isaac1) was born in Fayette County, Illinois in about 1848; he was 12 years of age in 1860. He died in October 1868, and was buried in Little Hickory Cemetery, Fayette County, Illinois. He married Artemisia Adeline Davidson, daughter of Adely Davidson and Lucinda Spears, on June 7, 1866 in Montgomery County, Illinois. She was born in Tennessee in about 1851; she was nine years of age when the 1860 census for Montgomery County, Illinois, was taken. She married her second husband, Thomas H. Patton, in about 1877. |

He married Katherine Isabell Scribner, daughter of Pleasant Frank Scribner and Elizabeth M. Harris4 (Wm. B.3, Wooten2, Isaac1) on February 11, 1875 in Fayette County, Illinois. She was born March 25, 1859, in Bingham, Fayette County, Illinois, and died February 18, 1916. He died March 17, 1932. They both died in Fayette County, and both were buried in Little Hickory Cemetery, Hurricane Township, Fayette County, Illinois. |

She married Joseph Preston HILL, son of Joel Hill and Nancy Scribner, on September 20, 1878, in Fayette County, Illinois. He was born September 24, 1854, in Illinois. |

She married William Woodford Whitten, son of Martin H. Whitten and Clarissa Williams, on April 11, 1878 in Fayette County, Illinois. He was born December 31, 1855 in Fayette County, Illinois, and died August 28, 1939 in Fayette County, Illinois. He was buried in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Fayette County, Illinois. After her death, he married Lavina Elizabeth Casey, daughter of John Casey and Theresa Rhodes3 (Thos.2, Alex.1) on June 6, 1884 in Fayette County, Illinois. They had eight children. Lovina was born March 22, 1869 in Fayette County, Illinois, and died August 4, 1958 in Alton, Madison County, Illinois. She was buried in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. |
