Thomas D. Harris3 (Wm. B3., Wooten2, Isaac1) was born June 10, 1826, in Hickman County, Tennessee. He married Delila Prewitt on February 18, 1846, in Fayette County, Illinois. She was born June 21, 1826, in Kentucky or Tennessee, and died June 10, 1863. He died January 1, 1875. They both died in Fayette County, Illinois where they were buried in Harris Cemetery. |

Martha Ann Harris5 (Thos. D.4, Wm. B.3, Wooten2, Isaac1) was born January 25, 1847, in Hurricane Township, Fayette County, Illinois. She died March 30, 1882, according to her tombstone in Carlock Cemetery, but the death date March 30, 1884, is given in the Family Bible record of Mary Carlock, child #3. Martha married Elias Carlock, son of Abraham Carlock and Cynthia Landers, on September 5, 1867, in Fayette County, Illinois. He was born September 20, 1844, in Illinois, and died January 27, 1891 (date on tombstone), in Fayette County, Illinois. The date of death for Elias was June 27, 1884, on the estate record in Fayette County Estate Box 492 and 521. Martha and Elias were buried in Carlock Cemetery, Fayette County, Illinois. They were living in Hurricane Township, Fayette County, Illinois when censuses were taken in 1870, 1880, and 1900. |

Their birth dates are as given in the Fayette County, Illinois, Hurricane Township 1900 census record. They were living in Hurricane Township, when the census was taken in 1910 also. |

Sarah Lucretia Harris5 (Thos. D.4, Wm. B.3, Wooten2, Isaac1) was born June 27, 1850, in Hurricane Township, Fayette County, Illinois, and died January 3, 1923, in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma. She was buried in Galcaleher Cemetery there. She married Joseph C. Davis, son of William Jenkins Davis and Mahala C. Wright, on September 10, 1865, in Montgomery County, Illinois. Joseph was born September 8, 1843 in Fayette County, Illinois, and was buried in Harris Cemetery there. |

He married Rachel Louise Merriman, daughter of Elias Terrill Merriman and Nancy Eleanor Rhodes3 (Thos.2, Alex.1), on April 15, 1901 in Montgomery County, Illinois. She was born December 1, 1880 in Bingham, Fayette County, Illinois, and died February 19, 1952 in St. Clair County, Michigan. Children's dates are from tombstone inscriptions in Harris Cemetery, Hurricane Township, Fayette County, Illinois. |

She was born October 26, 1859, in Montgomery County, Illinois, and died January 13, 1947, in Pana, Christian County, Illinois. She was buried in Glendale Cemetery, Christian County, Illinois. |
