William B. Harris³ (Wooten², Isaac¹) was born August 26, 1798, in Rutherford County, North Carolina. They moved to Hickman County, Tennessee in 1818. He married Sarah Dodson August 24, 1820. They had three children born in Tennessee, then moved to Illinois about the same time as his parents and brothers and sisters. They settled in Fayette County, where the rest of their children were born. William B. Harris died January 6, 1975, and Sarah died January 18, 1884. They both died in Hurricane Township, Fayette County, Illinois, and were buried in Harris Cemetery there.
