Judah "Judy" Harris3 (John2,
Isaac1) was born in Rutherford County, North Carolina before December 20, 1797. She was named in her father's will which was written on that date in Rutherford County, North Carolina. Judy married Robert Russ who was born in North Carolina in about 1800 according to the 1860 census of Cleveland County, North Carolina. They were living in the part of Rutherford County that became Cleveland County when it was formed from Rutherford and Lincoln Counties in 1841.
