Zillah Harris⁴ (Harbert³, Wm.², Isaac¹) was born July 18, 1837 in Rutherford (now McDowell) County, North Carolina, and died September 6, 1904. She married O. Perry Williams, son of Norman Ledbetter and Nancy Williams, February 8, 1855. He was born December 5, 1825, and died June 1, 1880. They were buried at Montford's Cove Cemetery, Rutherford County, North Carolina.

Rufus "Ruie" Williams⁵ (Zillah Harris⁴, Harbert³, Wm.², Isaac¹) was born January 21, 1856, and died May 20, 1948. She was buried in Montford's Cove Cemetery, Rutherford County, North Carolina. He married Nancy Selina "Pinkie" Wilkerson who was born February 10, 1853, and died August 25, 1944.

Nancy Alice Williams⁵ (Zillah Harris⁴, Harbert³, Wm.², Isaac¹) (1859-1946). She was buried in Bethlehem Cemetery, near Old Fort, McDowell County, North Carolina. She married Simmon Whitson Hogan.

Oliver Commodore Williams⁵ (Zillah Harris⁴, Harbert³, Wm.², Isaac¹) was born July 29, 1861, and died March 2, 1929. He married Tempa P. Frazier, daughter of David Frazier, Sr., and Perlina Hall, on April 6, 1887. She was born in January 1864, and died in March 1900. They were born in Montford's Cove, and also died there, but not sure if these events took place in Rutherford County, or McDowell County, North Carolina.

Susan P. Williams⁵ (Zillah Harris⁴, Harbert³, Wm.², Isaac¹) was born October 19, 1866, and died on June 14, 1925. She married Crayton Frazier, brother of Tempa P. Frazier and son of David Frazier, Sr., and Perlina Hall. Most of the children of Crayton and Susan Frazier lived in the Forrest City area of Rutherford County, but Stacey lived in Marion, McDowell County, North Carolina.
